Unknown Duration Error?

Hi all! I'm trying to compare 2 mp3s. Both are 320kbps 48000Hz 32 bits per sample and the same duration, however the first one is 8.1MB and the 2nd is 13.2MB.
When I try to open the second file with Spek, it says "unknown duration". It plays fine so I don't believe the file to be corrupt... any ideas?
