avatar upload templates missing?

The avatar-service/upload tries to access two templates that are not
present in the git distro, namely 'avatar-service/upload_form.html'
and 'avatar-service/upload_finished.html'

Is this an oversight, or are these generic forms I should be importing
from somewhere else?

btw, I've been greatly enjoying playing with strophe. It was
astonishingly easy to roll my own chat app. Wonderful work on a very
robust and clear library!

That code actually needs to be removed. The upload service isn't used by speeqe. You should be able to work around this by just creating a blank file with those names.  I'll try to have this fixed soon.
