Meeting today

Hi All,
This email is to inform you that there will be a meeting today at
4:15, I currently plan to use the STUG office, if that changes I will
let you know. As most of you already know, our president Jared, is
sick and will not be attending the meeting. However, he will try to
make a virtual appearance over Skype. On another note, I will
hopefully be getting a copy of a Dyknow tutorial DVD today, from Ed
Birchler. In light of our upcoming GES session this may be very
helpful. Thats the gist of things, I hope to see you all at meeting.

HI,
As an update to my earlier email, we should probably move the meeting
to 105 since wireless is unreliable in the STUG office. I say this
because we will need internet for the call with Jared. Anyway, if
anyone has an objection to this, please get back to me.

Thanks for keeping everyone up to date.

Everyone else:
Next week is the big week for presenting in GES and we need to get
some things together fairly quickly. Hopefully we'll be able to set
up a Skype call so I can chime in on a few things.

Also, I was not able to attend the Speed School Technology
committee meeting and sent Steven as my proxy. He has a few things
that he has learned that he can cover with regard to the tablet
program.

As for next week, I plan on willing myself into a healthy state so
that things can go off without a hitch. We still need to think up a
plan on the homework that we are going to assign. We have a fairly
good concept on our presentation from the practice run. It looks like
I'm going to be presentation during the first two classes and Travis
during the second two. If anyone has any ideas on homework please
have them ready for meeting.

This will be our last official meeting before we present so it is
important everyone show up.
