That's an excellent project, but I regret the way it deals with the community:
You can only post an issue.
Maybe the project owners feels that they will be submerged with low-quality pull requests, but in practice that's the way all big open-source projects are working. Therefore, I tend to think that's a key to success for most projects (especially to speed its development).

Hi, Jack.  I am unaware of any issues with creating pull requests.  They should be working just fine (https://bitbucket.org/heldercorreia/speedcrunch/pull-requests/), and of course they are very welcomed.  I also don't see any option on Bitbucket to control access to pull requests that I could have enabled by accident.

The Bitbucket interface is very different from what most people are used to (GitHub).

Indeed, it seems to not be possible to create a PR from the SpeedCrunch project:

However, digging around for a while I found a way: you must create your fork, then edit it, then create a pull request FROM your fork, pointing to the original repository. It's not possible to create a PR from branch comparison, from a commit, from the fork home page... And not even from the main repo even if you have a fork.

I guess the complainant didn't know how to work with Bitbucket; everyone who's not familiar with it might, indeed, feel that design decision to be very odd.
