Adding a shortcut on the Tasks bar

Reinstalling Speedcrunch on a new PC with Windows, it is no longer possible to have a shortcut on the Tasks bar. Picking the shortcut from the Desktop (Bureau in french), it is not allowed to copy and move it on the bar.

It was th way i'm used to work with Windows 10.
