The PC sees the boot device and when I select it the screen goes black for about 25 seconds at which point it just boots normally. I know the instructions say that when using "UEFI enabled PC to use Legacy Boot" but I want to boot through my normal UEFI settings. To prove my point I have a Paragon USB bootable stick created using their backup s/w that is based on WinPE and it boots my Win 10 w/no problem. I also have a Windows Recovery DVD that I can boot from on my Win 10 PC because again it is based on WinPE. I found this thread ( -boot-removal-tool-isoflash...) but the issue is NOT UEFI or Secure Boot since it is disabled. I have two non-Norton products that work successfully booting up my Win 10 PC because they were created under WinPE not Linux. If Paragon and Win can create bootable devices based on WinPE for my Win 10 PC why can I not do the same using the tools Norton provides?
