Is it possible to associate my 3x3 online account with the android
app? (Even just to have my bookmarks synced.) I don't see anything
like that in the app settings.

I'm afraid this is not possible. Maybe in the future (Issue #100).
There is a mobile version if you open your 3x3Page with your handset, but it is not as fast as SDF.

SDF is intended to store only Android App shortcuts for now.
