Team -
Keith from SiriusXM here - I'm attempting to manually download a file via the BP web GUI and am getting this message:

Object 'blah' in bucket 'blah_blah_blah' exists, but no offset or byte range was provided, which is required since the object has more than one blob. You may ask for any of these offsets: [0, 68719476736, 137438953472, 206158430208]

I've been told by Spectra Support that I might be able to successfully download this Object via the Java CLI.

Could someone point me to command/commands that would let me do this?

Thanks,

Keith

Hi Keith,

For simple object downloading I would recommend using the Eon Browser, its a UI based application, so you dont have to learn any commands, or set anything up, depending on your systems OS you can simply download, install and be up and running in a matter of minuets.

The Eon Browser is a UI application that has your computer on one side and the BlackPearl you connect to on the other side. You then simply navigate to the bucket and file that you want and drag it over to your computer.

We have options for Windows, Mac, linux and self builds

Please reach out if you have further questions
