Follow-up scans not compared to previous visit.

OK - here's one that's been bugging me for a while and i can't figure it out.  Honestly i haven't put a ton of research into the problem, but maybe someone out there has run into it and knows the fix.

 

We have 2 Spectrali networked and sharing a common db on one machine.  There is a subset of patients that when we perform their f/u scans we get a warning on the analysis page that say "scan not compared to last visit" (or something similar).  We have both machines set to default to using the previous visit for comparison (vs. baseline scan) but when i look at those pts., the baseline scan is still set as the "reference" vs. previous.  I've tried to remove the reference and it says i can't after f/u scans have been performed.  I've also tried to set the previous visit as the new reference and that doesn't work.  The only thing that might work is excluding all the previoud visits - which would be a total PITA for these injection pts.

 

It just seems like there is a cluster of pts where the use previous scan functionality just doesn't seem to work and the methods built in to change this don't seem to work.

 

Anyone encounter this and work it out?
