Can specto detect changes in JS frames?

Or whatever they are called. For example can it discriminate between
the search results from a site like crazedlist, or will it just get
the same thing over and over?

I am not sure what you are talking about but no, I doubt it is smart
enough to do what you want to do here.

For instance the http stuff in this link will always be the same,
however the javascript frames may change. Can Specto detect the
changes in the JS frames, or will it just look at the http portion of
the crazedlist site.

Nope, Specto won't be able to detect changes in iframes. It only looks at the difference in the main html source.
