"GenerateFeatureFileCodeBehindTask task failed unexpectedly" - .NET Core 3.1.2 + SpecRun 3.1.53

Hello SpecFlow Team,

After upgrading the .net core from 3.0 to 3.1.2, we are getting this error in the Azure build pipeline and also in the local by running the command 'dotnet build'.

specflow.tools.msbuild.generation\3.1.89\build\SpecFlow.Tools.MsBuild.Generation.targets(93,5): error MSB4018: The "GenerateFeatureFileCodeBehindTask" task failed unexpectedly.

Here are the packages installed in VS:

This is a bug in the .NET Core 3.1.200 SDK.
