Hi Folks, what a very pleasant and in some ways emotional get together we have had last weekend. Just over a hundred people turned up which was more than we anticipated may come and even the weather unexpectedly played its part and a lot of catching up chatter was going on to catch up on the events of recent times. Over the last couple of years we have sadly lost some real stalwarts of the get together and I know a lot of people attending spoke about them and how much we will all miss them but will never forget them. A welcome to the 5 or 6 new attendees who hopefully will come again to our regular date of the second Saturday in May which next year falls on the 14th. Thanks to Al Thompson for his liaison with the manager (Gavin) of the Hunting Lodge and whose young staff looked after us really well as usual. As always my apologies for any wrong, omitted, duplicated or incorrectly spelt names or for sending this to someone on my address list who is not in our group. I know that someone out there will post it onto Facebook and for that I am grateful. So and again as usual, in no particular order here is who was there this year….
