You can watch Netflix on any device that supports the Netflix app, including another TV Box if you have our Extra Box add-on. To do this simply check your order confirmation email. You can also activate it by going onto the TV and Sport section of My BT. You'll be asked to enter an email address and password. You'll also get the option to upgrade your Netflix plan.

If you have an existing Netflix account and want to bring this over to BT, you will need to sign up using the same email as your existing Netflix account. If you have a Standard with adverts, Standard, or Premium Netflix plan, you'll get the option to keep this plan and you will keep your account details including your personal profiles and the history of the shows you're watching. If you have Netflix with a third party, then you'll need to cancel this directly with them.

If you have a Standard with adverts, Standard, or Premium Netflix plan, you'll get the option to keep this plan and you will keep your account details including your personal profiles and the history of the shows you're watching. If you have Netflix with a third party, then you'll need to cancel this directly with them.

If you have Netflix as an EE TV Extra, you can only cancel your account by going directly to Netflix. Go to the 'Account' section on www.netflix.com to cancel. There are no cancellation fees, but you won't get a refund for partial months you've already paid for. However, you will have access to the service until the end of the month you've paid for.

When you move home there's no break in your Netflix service, as you can still access it on any Netflix compatible device. If your Netflix is included in your TV package then remember to tell BT when you are moving house to ensure no break in service.

This means there will be no break in service, and you'll be charged for the same plan of Netflix that you're enjoying today. So you don't need to do anything.

If you have activated Netflix through your EE TV package, then move to a Netflix Extra, you will need to reactivate. If you are seeing the request to add a payment method via Netflix, you will also need to follow these steps to reactivate. Don't worry, you won't lose any content by reactivating Netflix. Steps to reactivate Netflix as an Extra:

hi, after upgrading my iphone i added netflix on smart benefit, got sent link to activate netflix, entered mobile no, got sent a code, entered code then got "we have a technical issue please try again" if this happens to you, enter the link ee.co.uk/netflix on a laptop/tablet and it will activate your netflix account,

EE misleading advertising is like a robery.
I upgraded my contract up to 120 per month,
just because advertising said I get Netflix subscription in inclusive add ons,
but Netflix can not be chosen,
I get 3 different option within iam not interested at all.
That is kind of stilling, I fill like I was trick by your company. What a shame.
