Greetings Linguists!
I’m pleased to announce that Volume CXCII, Number 3 of Speculative Grammarian, originally published in December of 2022, is now available.
This issue offers many excellent articles, including a new theory of orthographically-conditioned morphology to explain the phenomena of reredundant affixationation; a description of a mysterious but spicy cryptolect used by fishermen in the Northeastern US; and a first-person account of an incredible journey through time and space into the Proto-Indo-European heartland—along with the usual collection of letters from our readers, breaking news, poetry, linguistickish puzzles, announcements, and more...
As always, comments, questions, suggestions, and submissions are welcome!
Enjoy!
