comment, uncomment selection

Hi All,

It seems in Visual Studio 2013 the comment selection (CTRL+K, C) and
uncomment selection (CTRL+K, U) disappeared. VS says that these
function in .feature are not available. However, if I change to a *.cs
file then these functions are available.

Is there a workaround to get back them? I work for quiet big feature
files and really ineffective to comment/uncomment the lines
one-by-one.

I googled around and there is no clear answer or solution what to do.

I don't have VS 2013 so my advice might be fruitless, but you could try to check the keyboard shortcut mapping in Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Keyboard (that's the path in VS 2010) and see if you can extend the Ctrl+K, C shortcut to ALL files (globally).

I've already checked it. Despite the fact the setup is globally, it is
not working as it's expected.
