Scenario with empty steps

Hello, Guys
I like to know whether scenario with empty steps can be supported.
The reason to having such requests is that we ask customer to fill the
scenario and description and then let tester to implement the test
steps later. In this case, we still want the scenario with empty step
can be compiled and run.

I think empty scenarios are valid and they run without errors, we are
also using them sometimes for documentation purposes (writing down
scenarios that we cannot automate). Have you experienced any
troubles? (I can't test it quickly right now.)

I got pasering error when having a scenario without scenario steps
inside Visual Studo 2011.

Strange. For me (VS2010) it seems to work.

Could you please paste the example that fails and the error message?

I'm using VS2010 Ultimate and when I make likes like:
Scenario: This is a placeholder

It works fine for me and just skips over them when running in the
framework
