This is a bugfix release. Fixed issues:

+ Windows Phone 7 runtime (TechTalk.SpecFlow.WindowsPhone7.dll) is not
included in the NuGet package (Issue 61)
+ Warnings in the generated test classes (Issue 58)
+ Improved tracing for VS2010 integration
