Thank you so much for reading. Yes, the Elizabeth Taylor/Kim Novak situation is very over done but it does make for a very entertaining film and, I think, a lot of people did enjoy that. I think sometimes the adaptations of Agatha Christie novels miss the wit and tongue in cheek humour. There is a playful nature alongside all the other aspects and I do think this film, albeit rather overblown, is great fun.
