[ANN] spec_wire 0.3.4 is out - full fledged gem

Version 0.3.4 is out.

This makes it a proper gem hosted on gemcutter and all.

To install:
sudo gem install spec_wire

Changes include cleanup of const_missing and class_cache. You no
longer have to delete tmp/class_cache/* to switch between server
types. Just update your spec_helper configuration.

Error processing is much improved. Exceptions are marshalled and
recreated on the client side.
