Looking at some choices for a lightweight rest framework in PHP for
the PHP server. I've coded the current one in version 0.3.0 in github.
It passes the current set of specs, but just barely. It just shows we
need more tests, because I am totally faking out the server. It's just
a stub for rest and json encoding. I'd appreciate any help if you can.
Thanks.

[Note: to setup the php version, follow the steps in the Github Wiki
page: [4] These may change once I figure out submodules in git.]

There is also Fitzgerald [2] which I found to be lacking documentation
wise. Not that I am any better at that for spec_wire so far. But I
couldn't figure out how to do PUT/DELETE etc. whereas Limonade [1]
looked very similar to Sinatra. The code for the PHP server is nearly
word for word with Ruby version, at least on the face of it.

There is also F3 (Fat-Free Framework) [3] Which is a lot more fatter
than we need, IMO.

So, unless someone has any objections, let's go with Limonade for now.

Please see my next post on the subject of the object store in PHP.

Cheers,
Ed
