I have installed mega menu and I am using integrity theme with child theme set up. I am having problems with the mobile menu working, I get the icon with the lines in it but then if i touch this I then get another icon the same but neither work. It seems other people have had the same issue and the plugin author made a suggestion however not sure if this will work with the x-theme. Are you able to advise?
But with this specific pre-build site it is an intelligent build up of the mega menu with template items as mega menu. Took me a little time to understand how that worked but I managed to get that done (I checked the demo links, how all settings were and copied that).
In the vast majority of cases this is not possible. Your theme will output exactly the same menu for both desktop and mobile, the only difference is that it will be styled differently depending on the width of your browser.

As @Michael already said, it would be awesome if mega would support WebDAV because it is the common standard to access cloud files as well as it is not planned that we implement their sdk/api in the near future into the mobile apps. The progress of this can be tracked on github: Android and iOS
