When you enter 5 passwords you get 1 can of ritzy bitz. But what happens if there's no room for that can? If you own 99 ritzy bitz, then ritzy bitz appears sold out, and your reward for 5 passwords is no longer a can, but 3 goldfish.
So let's look at the economics of this. You're an experienced player so you always buy food in bulk. And ritzy bitz in bulk is 7 goldfish for 3 cans, or 2 1/3 goldfish per can. Three goldfish is worth more than just one can! So stocking up on 99 ritzy bitz can earn you the equivalent value of 2/3 goldfish every five passwords.
Now, is it worth it? To get 99 ritzy bitz you need to spend 7*33=231 goldfish. 2/3 of a goldfish doesn't seem like much in comparison, but if you enter the passwords every day you should get (365/5)*(2/3)=48 2/3 extra value in goldfish a year.
Anyway it's pretty easy to save up to 99 ritzy bitz cans and since this game's goals are purely self-directed I say go for it once you've got all the remodels. It's something you can do while waiting for Peach's memento, at least :)
