Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of Cloud-based CRM and Financial Services projects, from planning and design through deployment and post-implementation support.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and secure cloud solutions.
Manage project governance, scope, budgets, timelines, and quality metrics to ensure successful delivery.
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across business, IT, and vendor teams.
Oversee integration between CRM platforms and financial systems (ERP, billing, accounting, or reporting platforms).
Ensure adherence to compliance, data privacy, and security standards across all project phases.
Lead, mentor, and coach delivery teams to enhance performance, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Identify risks, dependencies, and resource challenges, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Partner with Cloud Architects, CRM Consultants, and Finance domain experts to optimize cloud cost, performance, and scalability.
Track and report key project KPIs and delivery health to senior leadership.
15+ years of total experience, with at least 8+ years in project/program delivery leadership within Cloud or Digital Transformation domains.
Strong exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, or similar).
Hands-on understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their integration with financial and CRM systems.
Proven experience in Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech project environments.
Excellent understanding of financial operations, reporting, and compliance workflows.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor and geographically distributed teams.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery models and hybrid approaches.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
