SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

SAP FICO

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, and Internal Orders.
• Implement and support Universal Journal (ACDOCA), document splitting, and parallel accounting.
• Manage period-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
• Drive integration between FICO and MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Participate in S/4HANA implementations and migration projects.

AI & Automation (Mandatory)

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions to automate finance processes such as invoice processing, anomaly detection, and financial close activities.
• Work with SAP AI technologies including SAP Joule, Joule Studio, SAP AI Core, and AI Launchpad.
• Integrate LLMs and AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.) with SAP finance processes.
• Develop SAP-AI integrations using Python, REST APIs, and OData services.
• Apply prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent frameworks to enterprise finance use cases.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in Universal Journal, New GL, document splitting, and parallel accounting.
• Experience with CO modules including CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO-PA, and/or Product Costing.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects.
• Strong FICO integration experience with MM, SD, and PP.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent development and SAP AI capabilities is required.
