SGC now supports Japanese and Chinese language User Interfaces

Chinese and Japanese language interfaces are now available, thanks to translations by 東孝拓 (Higashi Takahiro) and 王慧婷 (Wang Huiting).

Many thanks to them!

The Linux version of SGC is still unable to display Chinese and Japanese characters and at the moment does not support Chinese nor Japanese interfaces.
