Updates on our family day [URGENT]

Hi all,

last night chia wei and i attended the board meeting with the hicoms and other ECs.

and we discussed a bit about our family day.

we provided 3 options, which are the laser tag, lost world of tambun and the latest suggestion is going to teluk batik.

apparently the hicoms and ECs prefer if we conduct our family day at Teluk Batik

me myself also favour going to teluk batik since there are many activities can be done there, less costly and of course, we can spend much time together as a family there, rather than if we go for the laser tag and tambun right.

so basically these are the things in my mind so far. (rough tentative)

8 am - depart from UTP

9 am - 11.30 - approximate time to arrive

                   - first activity i think would be the self-intro of all the committees

                   - game 1

                   - game 2

                   - game 3

11.30 am - 2.30 pm  - lunch

                              - free time (can walk along the beach, buy souvenirs if they want, zohor prayer)

2.30 pm - 4.00 pm - banana boat

                           - heading back to UTP

ok tasks for you, Xue Er and Prabakar, you guys please come out with two suitable games that we can play during the family day. (2 games for each of you). and both of you will become the PIC for the games you suggested. means during that day, you'll explain to everyone how to play the games, things like that.

and Chia Wei, can you become the MC for that day? just informal one, simple je :) 

gobok and i might be going there to see around first, if both of us are free this weekend. haha

and since we actually havent picked the actual date for the family day, so any suggestions?

i was thinking to do it on Sunday, 1st July since i'll not be here on Saturday the 30th.

please respond ASAP okayy

Since the Family is set on 1st July, please come out with games by this weekend. 

By the way, come and join UTPSC for table tennis...chia wei playing for GPE...today GPE won with CIS today...

-2 teams at once.

-10 person per team 

-there will be one bottle each at both side and the field will be divide into 2, one for group A and another for group B

each group is supposed to protect your own bottle and also think ways to get to the opponent's side to get their bottle and run all the way back to your place and that group will be the winning team.
