sorry cause we dont actually have the proposal for the iftar, since we havent done this before.

in the meantime, just use the GPE Dean's List Award Ceremony as your reference.

you might need to edit the objectives, tentative, committee parts.

but more or less the objectives will be like 'to create bonds between SPE members', something like that.

and i think you just KIV first the budget part, since i think we might have to do some survey first regarding this.

nemind take your time, you have until the end of week 7 :)

i attached the MOM template, and please fill in your details as well in the excel file.

dateline for every MOM is 3 days after the meeting.

have it converted in pdf file, if possible :)

and if possible send your details back to me by tonight yea.

*and to prabakar and chia wei, if you guys still dnt have the SPE ID kindly get ur ID from spe.org and update the SPE ID column okay.

Hi all, 

For Life Aid, please use exhibition room, which is at undercroft. Delete the tentative part since there are no ceremony of sort. Include SSSD in UTP committee part. Include all committees in the steering committee. 

Please be noted that food and beverage will be provided by Hospital to people who donate blood. We just need to provide lunch to them. Usually 10 medical personnel will come
