spd-3.4.2spd3 released

Hi,

I just released 3.4.2spd3. Changes since the last release:

$ git shortlog 3.4.2spd2..
Ondrej Certik (5):
Import notebook() by default
Download spd_notebook-3.4.1-4, which fixes the inspection bug
Download spd_notebook-3.4.1-5, which fixes the inspection bug in the noteb
Include Cython in SPD.
SPD version bumped to 3.4.2spd3

So as you can see, 3 show stopper bugs were fixed and Cython was included.

Last time I did for OS X, Ubuntu, Gentoo and sage.math, all 64bits. If
