link to femhub

Hi,

I have updated [1] with links to SPD and our FE code. It would be handy
if the SPD google site [2] also linked to femhub, so that one can switch
easily.

I added it to the links on the right hand side, e.g. there is now link
to Sage and Femhub, as examples of customizations.

If you have some other project, that customizes SPD, let us know, I'll
add it there as well.
