femhub 0.9.5 released

Hi,

I just released femhub 0.9.5. Source and binaries are available from:

http://femhub.org/

Our mission: To create an open-source distribution featuring many
finite element codes, along with a web notebook and a unified Python
interface. We want FEMhub to become an alternative to commercial FEM
codes.

Changes since the last release:

* it works on Mac! (the VTK and mayavi packages are automatically
skipped on mac, so you can't use them in the notebook, until someone
fix them)
* the notebook now contains "Femhub" instead of "Sage" (contributed by
Sameer Regmi)
* hermes updated to the latest git version + mac patches, so
adaptivity now works in the notebook.
