spd-3.4.2spd2 released

I just released 3.4.2spd2. Changes since the last release:

$ git shortlog 3.4.2spd1..
Brian E. Granger (3):
Fixed download_packages to run on OS X.
Adding proper matplotlibrc logic.
Changed download_packages to grab latest ipython from SPD.

Ondrej Certik (1):
SPD version bumped to 3.4.2spd2

currently only ubuntu-64bit, but I'll be uploading binaries for other

I have uploaded OS X 64 bit binary and sage.math binary. If you have
some other architecture, you can send me the binary and I'll upload it
there.
