Parsing error with Mascot pepXML

Hi guys,

I downloaded TPP v4.3 JETSTREAM rev 1, Build 200909091257 (MinGW) and
tried to use the peptideprophet function to analyze my mascot result.
Since I failed converting pepXML file using TPP, I directly used the
pepXML given by Mascot. However, it was still no luck. Here is the
error message I got:
