Consensus spectral library with split RT

Hi,

I have generated spectral libraries following the Nature Protocols paper in 2015. There are around 32 uniprot accessions assigned with the slight RT subgroups with the prefix "Subgroup_" . How would one be able to do protein grouping with these uniprot accessions with the RT subgroups? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
