Issue with Viewing ProtXML File After StPeter Quantification"

Hi, 

I analyzed DDA proteomics data, and the ProtXML file from xinteract is viewable. However, after quantifying proteins with StPeter, the resulting ProtXML file only displays the 'Models' tab and no other information. How can I access or extract the data from this file without directly viewing it?
