Conversion of MRM data to mzXML

All,

I'm trying to convert adat from .wiff (ABI) format into mzXML from a
MIDAS workflow (i.e. MRM-triggered MS/MS, rather than MS triggered MS/
MS). The mzWiff toold doesn't seem tp be able to open the file.
Presumably this is because it needs a mass and charge state of the
partent for each MS/MS spectrum? Any help or advice gratefully
recieved

Converting WIFF data from shotgun is hard enough as it is. :) Even the
alpha release of the ABI mzML exporter doesn't yet support the WIFF MRM
format. So I doubt mzWiff can do this, but I was waiting for Chee-Hong
to give a more definitive answer.
