Can't open TPP site

I am trying to use the TransProteomic Pipeline to analyze data. It has been working previously on both my laptop and my work station, but for some reason it does not work anymore on my work station now. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but that didn't help.

I downloaded the tool suite from here: http://www.tppms.org/
When I installed and tried to use it, the tab opens ("localhost:10401/tpp/") but I get the following message in the tab: 

This site can’t be reached 

localhost refused to connect.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall"

The same procedure works totally fine on my laptop - but I don't have the computing power I need on that one.

Funding for the TPP has expired so unfortunately there's no one left who's dedicated to supporting and extending these tools.  That being said, if you send me a message to engj @uw.edu, I'll try to help you debug your issue (which would be to check if the TPP Apache web service is running).

Thanks for getting back to me. Actually our university's IT support was able to solve the issue after some digging. Yay!

I didn't fully understand what the issue was but it is working fine now.
Thank you nevertheless and sorry to hear that funding for the TPP was discontinued.
