sequest and tpp

I am a new user of TPP software. So far, I was using a Proteome Discoverer v 1.2 with sequest search engine. Now, I want to run the TPP using sequest. Unfortunatelly, I am not a bioinformatician, so I found it difficult to set the sequest based on the posted discussion so far. I would be glad for the explanation. Thank you in advance!
