Error in Storedpeptides

Hello All, 

I am facing an issue in TPP, while comet search. It is showing error in storedpeptides with a return code of 256. Kindly advise. Attached is the photograph of the error.

Can you try these steps below to update Comet from v2024.01 rev. 0 to v2024.01 rev. 1?  I'm hopeful that this will address the issue you're seeing. 

• rename c:\TPP\bin\comet.exe to c:\TPP\bin\comet.2024010.exe
• download comet.win64.exe from this link:  https://github.com/UWPR/Comet/releases/tag/v2024.01.1
• place the downloaded comet.win64.exe into c:\TPP\bin and rename it to comet.exe

Then repeat your search again and let me know whether or not this addresses the issue.
