Problems with decimal seperators

Hi,

we suddenly have the following problem on most of our pcs when using tpp for converting raw to mz(x)ml

processing file: c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/datafiles/xyz.raw
[RawFile::ctor] Reading Thermo RAW files requires the decimal separator to be '.' - adjust regional/language settings in the Control Panel.
Error processing file c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/datafiles/xyz.raw

We have the latest version installed. System is: Windows 7, English - german language settings as we use the german keybord.

Anyone an idea how to fix this?
