How to use TPP on M1 Mac OS

Hi everyone, I currently downloaded TPP 7.1 pkg for Mac and I was wondering how to use it as it came not as an application but a bunch of files. I also tried to download TPP 7.1 exe for my Windows 11 ARM virtual machine but when I tried to open the application it said it is only supported on x64. Any help is appreciated.
