Mayu decoy database problem

Hi,

I am trying to use Mayu software and cannot get it to work. I see that they have the prerequisite to use target decoy fasta database that was used for the database search (use the script reverse_fasta.pl that is located in the folder var/ to create a concatenated target decoy database for your database of choice)

I am the target decoy fasta database generated from TPP for my search. My output seems to only consist of decoys with numbers as opposed to the actual protein names. I suspect that Mayu needs to have the target decoy fasta database in a particular format which has the decoys marked along with the protein header information for Mayu to function appropriately. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
