iRT calculation in existing library via import

Dear all,

is it possible to calculate iRT values for an existing spectral library or is this limited to the initial building process?

I got spectral libraries from colleagues but one of the libraries got no iRT calculations (no -c_IRT<file> in the building step). They don't work with these data anymore, and a redo of the building is possible but it will be a difficult task to get the original data.

The iRT peptides are contained and I also have the corresponding iRT.txt.

Does anyone has a good solution? Thank you!
