Hi all,
I've been having this weird error for quite a while and I can't figure out what is causing it. It makes me unable to run ProteinProphet.

ProteinProphet (C++) by Insilicos LLC and LabKey Software, after the original Perl by A. Keller (TPP v5.2.1-dev Flammagenitus, Build 201906251008-exported (Linux-x86_64))
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
what(): locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid
I'm currently running it through Philosopher's automated pipeline, so there shouldn't be an issue with input files. I'm also running it with default MSFragger 2.3 open search parameters. PeptideProphet runs fine. So does PTMProphet.

Resolved: Language settings were wrong
added LANG="en_US.utf8" to .bashrc"
