Neverending SEQUEST search

Hi,
I am trying to run a sequest search with and MZXML file we got from a
collaborator on TPP. It looks like after 10 hours of search, sequest
stops and the last out and dta file written in the folder is created
around that time. however, when i look at TPP it looks like it is
still running. it does not add anymore line to the output or write new
dta or out files but continues to say "command is running". I
basically log out and log on to go with the rest of the analysis .
However I am a bit worried if everything is fine and this is normal?
I would really appreciate your input

Sounds like the classic browser timeout issue:
 
 
I think you're pretty much doing what has to be done.
