How does RT train work?

Hi I was wondering if there was a tutorial on how to use RT Train? I'm not sure what kind of files it needs as an input. 

I tried inputting my peptideProphet results but keep getting the following error. 

Performing neural net training of retention times... Fitting model to 0 peptides . Not enough good identifications to fit retention time model. Reverting to SSRCalc 1.0 predictions. WARNING: Not enough high probability IDs in run index 

Any papers or tutorial would help.
