TPP 4.6 Tandem stops after a few files complete search.

I recently installed TPP 4.6 on a MacPro running Win7 64 bit. I submit 20 mzXML files for search using Tandem and after completing searching 3 - 6 of the files the pipeline stops.  I have to start a new pipeline searching the unsearched files and it will halt again after searching 3-6 of the datafiles. I stopped conversion to pep.xml thinking that was the problem, but no.  It halts just running Tandem after variably 3-6 searches.  I also disabled AVAST, nervously, but to no avail.  Energy settings are set for the display to go off in 10min and never sleep.  Eventually I get all the files searched and the rest of the analysis can then proceed successfully.

I didn't have this problem with 4.5.2 on either Ubuntu 10.10 or Win7.  

Anyone else using 4.6 with Tandem?  Do you see this?
