TPP 7.3.0 installation issues

Hi.  I installed TPP 7.3.0 this morning (after uninstalling my previous working version) and the installation seemed to be OK.  But, now when I try to launch using edge, I get an error that it can't connect to localhost: 10401.  Chrome also doesn't work.  

I encountered the same problem, but it was more serious.

The above are some error messages I can find. Please offer some help!
