Next week the SPC software tools team will be hosting a booth at the
ASMS Conference (booth #4, near the restrooms at the South end of the
floor); we're listed as Institute for Systems Biology on the ASMS
website, though we are not on the printed program. Please feel free
to drop by and say hello to me (Luis), David, and Joe, and bring your
PeptideAtlas/TPP-related software and/or installation questions.
We'll also have information on the upcoming TPP courses in Seattle and
Geneva. Or just come hang out in the large "Lounge Area" next to our
booth!
We will also be conducting an evening Workshop on Tuesday at 5:45pm in
room 401, where we'll give an overview of the TPP and other related
SPC resources, as well as a short tutorial on their use. There will
also be some time left for discussion and questions.
Lastly, we will be presenting several posters:
-- David: RTCalc (WP 381) and iProphet (WP 369)
-- Joe: TPP on the Cloud (ThP 409)
-- Luis: TPP 4.5.0 updates (ThP 386)
Please let your coworkers or any other interested people know, too!
Also, please let us know if you have a poster or oral presentation of
research that makes use of the TPP; we'll try to drop by and visit.
Thanks,
--Luis, David, and Joe
