For those of you that use Amazon Web Services (a.k.a Amazon's "cloud") you may find this announcement interesting.
For some time now I've been building and maintaining Amazon Machine Images for TPP. These AMI's are build off of the official Ubuntu images with TPP installed along with some other useful open source proteomics programs. You're welcome to use these images directly or can use them to build your own. If you have any questions or requests please let me know.
