We are pleased to announce the availability of the a official Amazon Machine Image for TPP 4.7.0.
The TPP developers maintain a series of public AMIs for use on Amazon's EC2 product. These AMIs are build from the official Ubuntu released images with both TPP installed in addition to other popular open source proteomics software . You're welcome to use these images directly or can use them to build your own image. If you have any questions or requests please let us know.
